My Story
I'd been a Family Nurse Practitioner for 10 years when I went back to graduate school and obtained an additional Board Certification in Psychiatric Mental Health.
As a PMHNP, I am able to combine the strength of my medical background, my compassion for the interplay between mental and physical wellness, and my passion for excellence in diagnosis and treatment of the common psychiatric illnesses that we all face in this day and age. I have an interest in providing life skills, homework, positive encouragement and self-empowerments to all of my patients.
I began my private practice because I grew dis-hearted by the rapid pace, cookie-cutter, 15 minute patient appointments that my previous practice scheduled.
It's an honor to truly get to know each and every one of my patients, and to make sure they feel heard and respected at every visit. You are more than a number, more than a medicine, more than a diagnosis. I can't wait to meet you!

Cottage Psychiatry is currently welcoming new clients seeking psychopharmacology services. Psychotherapy is available as part of all psychopharmacology services, but is limited in availability as a stand-alone service at this time.
Accepting Aetna, Cigna, Optum, Tufts Commercial, United Behavioral Health. It is the patient's responsibility to verify with their insurance if I accept their particular insurance, as many of the above insurance plans have additional stipulations on who their patients can see, and whether I am considered in network. Patients are responsible for all fees not covered by their insurance providers.
